Visual Abode productions are shot in High Definition by broadcast professionals and following agent approval, are available in a variety of formats. 

• A web streaming link to your video on our server which can be linked to an external website.
• Compilation DVDs which run in a continuous loop for client waiting areas or display screens.

Taster Tour (up to 30 seconds) - $300

Choice of text on screen & music or music only.
It is designed to reveal enough of the property to attract potential buyers.

Silver (up to 60 seconds) - $495

The filming lasts at least 3 hours (depending on the size of the property).

The opportunity to present to camera your latest properties and developments. Length of tour: 1-3 minutes.

Produced using either your existing photos, or inconjunction with our professional photographers.

Location Tours - (P.O.A)

To give an overview of an area, its facilities, amenities and attractions.

This gives an opportunity for the area to be highlighted rather than a property.

Leisure, commerce, sports facilities, shopping, historic buildings and monuments. All these are areas that can be filmed to show what makes this location such an attraction and encourage people to live and work there. Available to be viewed on the agent's web site to show their knowledge of the area.

A DVD is also supplied. The video stream is available for up to 12 months.

Restaurant/Venue Videos - (P.O.A)

A new marketing arena for owners.  Upload your video to not only your own site, but larger restaurant sites such as menulog.com.au and agfg.com.au.  Hand out your video at trade shows and expos.  From company profiles and new promotions to signature dish recipes - the options for adding video to your site are endless.

Small Business/Web Profiles - (P.O.A)

We can film your business/service or product and have the video delivered online and on DVD for the world to see.  Show your portfolio to potential clients in a way that text and photos can't.

Other Visual Abode Productions – (P.O.A)

As a sister company of Nanook Pty Ltd, a video production company, we can put together a crew on location for $600 per hour.  For a complete production including editing and DVDs, please contact us for a more complete quote. 

Still Photos

We shoot with Sony HDV cameras and provide between 4 and 10 still photos from the video footage for our Silver, Gold and Platinum Visual Abode productions.  These photos are perfect for use via any marketing tool.  Please contact us if you require further stills.

Aerials

$120 per hour.

Hosting

Purchase 300 additional views and extend your hosting period for another 3 months for $49.00.

DVDs

Copies of your Visual Abode production can be purchased in lots of 25 for $99.00

Additional Showing on external screens

Each Thursday a compiled version of the week’s properties will be made available to other businesses with TV sets in viewing areas, such as in cafes etc.  Your property can be added to the compile for $50.00.

Video Auction

We will add your Visual Abode production to a DVD and run a presentation at the in-house auction for $150 per property (minimum 4 properties).

Extra Editing charges are $120 per hour.
